An aluminum lift for one boat per cabin comes with each cabin or docking space for your boat. We have a Explorer Pontoon with a 60 hp motor, depth finder and live well. We carry an assortment of fishing tackle, live bait and premium gas mixed or straight for your convenience. Life jackets are provided for Balsam Beach Resort boats but must be checked out of the office. A Life vest is required by Law for each person in a boat. Other items available to complete your fishing trip are our depth finder rentals, free lake maps and a fish-cleaning house to clean the big catch in.
